In our community, mental health and substance use disorders affect many people. That is why the Kootenai Recovery Community Center, along with their supportive community partners, are hosting North Idaho's 3rd Annual Recovery Rally.  This community event is intended to increase awareness and understanding of behavioral health and substance use disorders and hopes to promote the message that behavioral health is essential to health, prevention works, treatment is effective, and people do recover.​
